Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in preparing for regulatory inspections or audits.

  5. Quality Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities for improvement in medication therapy management and patient outcomes.

    • Participate in initiatives to reduce medication errors and improve the safety and effectiveness of pharmacological treatments.

    • Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical practices, research, and trends to continually enhance the quality of care.

  6. Education and Training:

    • Provide training to healthcare staff on medication-related topics, including new therapies, drug interactions, and pharmaceutical technologies.

    • Develop educational materials for patients, caregivers, or staff on safe medication practices.

  7. Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, recommendations, and interventions.
